Cancellation Policy

At Wild Rose Equestrian, we respect your time and appreciate that you value ours as well. Preparing a horse and tailoring each lesson requires considerable time and effort. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and schedules may change.

To ensure fairness and consistency, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson can be rebooked at no additional cost.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will incur the full lesson fee.
• No-shows will also be charged the full lesson fee.

If Wild Rose Equestrian cancels a lesson due to horse or rider welfare concerns, or extreme weather conditions (e.g., torrential rain, strong winds), a rebooking will be offered at no additional cost.

Due to the nature of our services, it is rarely possible to fill cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
